Overview
The Candella Family Fund was created in 2022 in memory of Florence M. Candella. Florence and her husband, Michael A. Candella, operated Candella’s Farm and Greenhouses in Marcy, NY, with the help of her family until 2013. She often said, “The earth is a garden and we are the caretakers.” Florence loved to cook, and looked forward to the holiday season each year, especially Christmas. She enjoyed travelling to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, South Carolina, and Florida for “winter breaks." This fund will reflect the strong and courageous, loving and hard working woman Florence was.
