Will Language To Create An Unrestricted Fund

I give and bequeath _______________________________ (describe the gift) to The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties, Inc. to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the same as a permanent endowment, and to pay and disburse the income for general charitable uses and purposes in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation creating The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties, Inc., heretofore adopted by the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all of which provisions are hereby incorporated by reference and conclusively assented to and adopted.

The fund hereby created shall be known as the _____________________Fund.

The Foundation may retain reasonable and proper compensation for its services and expenses.
