Will Language To Create A Field Of Interest Fund

I give and bequeath ______________________________ (describe the gift) to The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties, Inc. to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the same and to disburse the income for _______________________________ _____________________________ (describe a purpose), in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation creating The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties, Inc., heretofore adopted by the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all of which provisions are hereby incorporated by reference and conclusively assented to
and adopted.

The fund hereby created shall be known as the _________________________Fund.
The Foundation may retain reasonable and proper compensation for its services and expenses.
