Will Language To Create An Designated Fund

I give and bequeath _______________________________ (describe the gift) to The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties, Inc. to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the same as an endowment, to collect the income and to pay and disburse the net income for general charitable uses and purposes in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation creating The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties, Inc., heretofore adopted by the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all of which provisions are hereby incorporated by reference and conclusively assented to and adopted.

The fund hereby created shall be known as the _____________________Fund.

I desire that the annual net income of the Fund be paid to:
