COMMUNITY FOUNDATION AWARDS $96,790 THROUGH 74 SCHOLARSHIPS

 

The cost of college will be eased for 74 students due to scholarships from The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties. These scholarships include $40,000 to students participating in the Young Scholars program at Proctor High School.
